Unfortunately no. There are a limited number of rooms in the Inn and are reserved for those closest to us. We are not able to accommodate everyone at the same location however, there are many hotels and inns available in the Canmore that can provide excellent accommodations! We have some options listed on the Travel tab. Guests will be required to book your own accommodations if you plan on staying in Canmore. We recommend arranging this within a reasonable amount of time prior to the wedding.

We will be serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. There will be a bar for those choosing to drink alcohol (featuring wine, beer and a variety of hard liquor) and complimentary coffee, pop and tea for those who do not drink. Due to A Bear and Bison Inn policies, outside alcohol is not permitted. However, if there is something specific you would like us to provide, we can arrange for it to be served. No homemade alcohols/wines will be permitted.

Dress to impress in your finest formal attire. Suggested colours are: Blues, purples, greys, black, silver or gold. Please do not wear White or Burgundy!

Both! Due to the time of year we will be mostly indoor however, we will be outdoors for a portion of the early evening as well as a late night snack station around the fire. Be prepared for the chilly weather!

We would like everyone to arrive around 4pm.

There will be a limited number of parking spaces on-site and public parking a short walk from the Inn. For those staying in Canmore, we suggest taking a cab/Uber. For those traveling from Calgary, we suggest carpooling. Transportation will not be provided. Please let us know if you are planning on driving beforehand so we can make sure we have a spot available or can direct you to the public lot.

Yes food will be provided during the reception.

No, we do not have a registry. Gifts are welcome but not required - it is gift enough taking time out of your lives to celebrate with us.
